The Stone Peak Restaurant and Lounge allows each guest to partake in the best of dining experiences, in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Our Chef is passionate about featuring progressive Canadian cuisine spiked with international flair. She sources the best local ingredients whenever possible and pays respect to those ingredients in the preparation and presentation of each dish.
